WHERE Yoga can take you

First time here?

At its core, Yoga is founded on principles of unity and balance, with the ultimate goal of achieving harmony between mind, body, and spirit. You will build strength, improve balance, enjoy community, and relieve stress.

First timer’s checklist

☑ ARRIVE EARLY

When attending your first Yoga class, arrive early to familiarize yourself with the space and introduce yourself to the teacher. Be open to modifications and adjustments, and remember to listen to your own body.
Pro tip! Allow for digestion time. Allow one to two hours to digest blended or liquid meals and less than an hour for a small snack, according to your own tolerance level. Always allow more digestion time before this intense exercise!

☑ PARKING

We have free 90 minute parking in the lot located behind the studio, on the side street Allott. Just make sure to validate before you leave the studio.

☑ Dress the part & Be Prepared

We recommend comfortable workout clothes, something that allows you to move freely while on the mat. Bring your own yoga mat, if you have one. Bring water or fill your water bottle at our water-fill station. Bring a towel. And most importantly, bring your joy!
Pro tip! Our studio has mat rentals. If you forget yours at home, no sweat — you can rent a mat in studio.
