Sp⚡nergy Classic Ride
45 minute Classic Cardio Visual Ride. The ride is a challenging, safe, fun cardio burn. Your journey incorporates intervals, hills, runs, sprints, and isolations in an exciting way that challenges the mind and body. The ride is enhanced by an incredible visual journey through various terrains. Open to all levels and can be modified to your own comfort. 45 minutes of riding + 5 minutes of stretching. All levels.
Sp⚡nergy Ride with Arms
Where legs meet arms! It's our Classic 45 minute Cardio Visual Ride and we've added some upper body work to this class for a full body workout. The ride is enhanced by an incredible visual journey through various terrains. Open to all levels and can be modified to your own comfort. 45 minutes of riding + 5 minutes of stretching. All levels.
Sp⚡nergy Combo Ride + Yoga
Where legs meet the mat! It's a 30 minute Cardio Visual Ride and we've added some Yoga Flow to this class for a full mind body workout. The class is enhanced by an incredible visual journey through various terrains. Open to all levels and can be modified to your own comfort. 30 minutes of riding + 20 minutes of Yoga. All levels.
Yoga Flow
60 minute Yoga flow class set to inspiring visuals. An all-levels vinyasa flow class where everyone is welcome! Breath and movement are linked together in a flowing sequence. Teachers will offer variations and modifications, so everyone can practice at their own level.
Heated Yoga Flow
60 minute Yoga flow class set to inspiring visuals. An all-levels vinyasa flow class where everyone is welcome! Breath and movement are linked together in a flowing sequence. Teachers will offer variations and modifications, so everyone can practice at their own level. Class is taught in a room that is heated to 85 degrees.
Yoga Restore and Stretch
Gentle Flow and Stretch - A slow and gentle flow practice with modifications for all levels and a thoughtful approach to safely build strength and flexibility, while reducing stress and anxiety. All set to some beautiful and relaxing backdrops. Beginners welcome!
Heated Stretch
A slow-paced class featuring more seated and supported postures. Class moves through a series of gentle movements connecting your breath to your body, improving relaxation, flexibility and recovery. Especially well-suited for those with pain, trouble sleeping, anxiety or high levels of stress. Room is heated to 85 degrees
Yoga Sculpt
Where sculpt meets yoga! Working on core, balance and strength you will build lean muscle mass as you move to upbeat tracks set to incredible visuals. You’ll combine free weights with sequencing to intensify each yoga pose while mixing in strength-training moves like squats, lunges and bicep curls. All Levels.
Heated Yoga Sculpt

Yogalates - Heated and Regular
This class combines elements of Yoga and Pilates. It's the best of both worlds! Through a combination of exercises, you will develop your strength, flexibility and core stability which contributes to overall good posture, body awareness and good health. In the heated version, the room is kept at 85 degrees.
Heated Power Fusion
A yoga fusion class that incorporates all 26 yoga postures in a fun, challenging way. It's a combination of balance, flow, stretch and core, practiced in a room heated to 85 degrees.
Classic Sculpt and Core
A classic sculpt class utilizing free weights, your own body, and all the strength you can bring to the room. A muscle-toning class that focuses on building core strength while helping you build lean muscle. All fitness levels are welcome.
