Barefoot Sculpt
Our barefoot sculpt class is a high-energy, full-body workout that combines vinyasa flow yoga with light weights, cardio intervals and HIIT. Designed to help build muscle definition, this class features squats, lunges, and upper body moves such as bicep curls and shoulder presses. All set to music with dynamic and fun backdrops. You will be barefoot or in socks for this class. All levels.
Boot Camp Sculpt
A classic sculpt class utilizing light to medium free weights, ankle weights, your own body, resistance bands, HIIT and all the strength you can bring to the room. A muscle-toning class that focuses on building core strength while helping you build lean and strong muscle. All set to music with dynamic and fun backdrops. Please wear running shoes. All fitness levels are welcome.
Cycle Fusion
Smaller group class. 15 minutes of Cycle drills and high intensity followed by 45 minutes of floor work combining movements inspired by Pilates, Yoga, Gymnastics, Calisthenics, and finishing with an extended cool down period and Savasana.
Pilates Strength
Bridge the gap between high intensity training and mat Pilates. this slow burn class focuses on intentional low impact transitions that challenge your muscular endurance while refining you form, expect a seamless blend of heavy resistance and body weight Pilates sequence that prioritize strength and core over cardio.
Stretch
Realign your body with this slow paced deep stretch class.
Turn + Burn
Our Signature Format! This class is splitting the difference of our highest burning offerings. Half High Intensity Cycling paired with half Bare foot Strength training Circuit work. This is a no excuses, make it work, hard hitting, gut depleting, calorie killing full body blast. Bring your Cycle Shoes or rent some from us! please note booking spaces 1-15 will start on the bike, booking spaces 16-30 will start class on the floor. Classes will have a transition period of 2 minutes for clients to change footwear for bike vs floor work.
Yoga Flow
60 minute Yoga flow class set to inspiring visuals. An all-levels vinyasa flow class where everyone is welcome! Breath and movement are linked together in a flowing sequence. Teachers will offer variations and modifications, so everyone can practice at their own level.
Yoga Sculpt x Strength
A classic sculpt class that utilizes body weight, cardio bursts and yoga style breath per movement with an emphasis on strength training techniques such as heavy weights and time under tension.
Magnetic Wave Sound Bath (Free Community Class)
Enjoy the most immersive Audio/Visual Sound Bath in LA. Lay down and let the healing wave of sound and the visual therapeutic accompaniment transform for central nervous system and take you into a realm of relaxation unlike any other sound bath.
