Spinergy Ride

45 minute Cardio Visual Ride. The ride is a challenging, safe, fun cardio burn. Your journey incorporates intervals, hills, runs, sprints, and isolations in an exciting way that challenges the mind and body. The ride is enhanced by an incredible visual journey through various terrains. Open to all levels and can be modified to your own comfort. 45 minutes of riding + 5 minutes of stretching. All levels.

Spinergy Ride with Arms

Where legs meet arms! It's our 45 minute Cardio Visual Ride and we've added some upper body work to this class for a full body workout. The ride is enhanced by an incredible visual journey through various terrains. Open to all levels and can be modified to your own comfort. 45 minutes of riding + 5 minutes of stretching. All levels.

Spinergy Combo Ride + Yoga

Where legs meet the mat! It's a 30 minute Cardio Visual Ride and we've added some Yoga Flow to this class for a full mind body workout. The class is enhanced by an incredible visual journey through various terrains. Open to all levels and can be modified to your own comfort. 30 minutes of riding + 30 minutes of yoga. All levels.

Yoga Flow

60 minute Yoga flow class set to inspiring visuals. An all-levels vinyasa flow class where everyone is welcome! Breath and movement are linked together in a flowing sequence. Teachers will offer variations and modifications, so everyone can practice at their own level.

Stretch

Stretch classes offer significant benefits, including improved flexibility, increased range of motion, and enhanced joint mobility. These classes reduce muscle tension, alleviate stress, improve posture, and also assist in injury prevention by correcting imbalances. They promote better blood circulation, faster muscle recovery, and increased mental relaxation. All set to some beautiful and calming backdrops. All levels.

SCULPT - BOOT CAMP

A classic sculpt class utilizing free weights, your own body, resistance bands, and all the strength you can bring to the room. A muscle-toning class that focuses on building core strength while helping you build lean muscle. Please wear running shoes. All fitness levels are welcome.

SCULPT - YOGA

Our yoga sculpt class is a high-energy, full-body workout that combines vinyasa flow yoga with light weights and cardio intervals. Designed to help build muscle definition, this class features squats, lunges, and upper body moves such as bicep curls and shoulder presses. All set to music with dynamic and fun backdrops. You will be barefoot or in socks for this class. All levels.

Yogalates

This class combines elements of Yoga and Pilates. It's the best of both worlds! Through a combination of exercises, you will develop your strength, flexibility and core stability which contributes to overall good posture, body awareness and good health.
